### Session summary (2026-07-10)

Mike Wolf asked for a substantial upgrade to Yeshie (browser automation extension)
and Adrian (formerly Soma-Guide): shared chip/chat UI, scripts in Supabase with
multi-page flows, feedback → build queue + fleet app, Shel rabbi voice.
Orchestrator: Claude (Fable) — organize and verify only.
Engineering: Codex (gpt-5.6-sol), Grok 4.5, Gemini 3.1 Pro in isolated worktrees.
Wall-clock core arc: 16:52–18:30 ET. Three demo films published on the session page.
WP1 three-way benchmark winner: Codex. Failures (sandbox misconfig, false commit
claims, subscription ceiling) are part of the published record.

## Method (compressed)

1. Self-contained briefs — no history; done criteria; document solo decisions.
2. Worktree isolation — parallel models, no shared dirty trees; commit local only.
3. External verification — orchestrator checks git/DB/builds/evidence, not self-report.
4. Autonomy line — “You know what to do, don’t you.” once; then advise if still stuck.
5. Reversible by default; production deploys wait for the human.

## Auth

SOMA Auth (Supabase project omfwcodoimjmbrhssvfl): magic link + Google, open signup.
Gates HTML page content client-side. /llms.txt and session JSON stay readable without auth.
