4. Label any reconstruction: `RECONSTRUCTION` lower-third — never pass staged as live.
5. Prefer one real sandbox item; if smiley-proof from 2026-07-12 is reused, say “tonight’s verified run” with timestamps.

## Capture plan (demo-producer)

1. Mint admin + member sessions (`mint-session.mjs` pattern) — no magic-link mid-film.
2. `playmaker-rsi-mechanism-script.json` segments with `url` + `actions`.
3. For PR/GitHub: either second origin segments or pre-captured CLIP inserts labeled.
4. Mux → verify duration gates → drop mp4 into `minds-at-work/proofs/media/ch05-feedback-to-ship.mp4`.
5. Embed on chapter page; flip status badge to `live`.
