V4 — Adrian Meets a Visitor
Cold open: “What am I looking at?” Walk to a real dispatch page. ~45s.
Film in production
Gated on the Adrian program. This page is the honest home for the slot until the guide can actually meet someone.
Written 2026-07-10 — this org moves fast; the sessions are the ground truth
The guide on this site. Not a chatbot stapled on after the fact — a product of the same process the site describes, built in public on a published session.
Adrian (formerly Soma-Guide) shares a chip/chat UI core with Yeshie, the browser-automation assistant. On 2026-07-10 that shared core was the subject of a three-model benchmark: identical brief, three isolated worktrees, external verification. Codex won and shipped the production-passing build; Grok was the only one-shot finisher. The evidence is on the session page and in How We Pick Builders.
What Adrian is for, when the chip lands here: orient a cold visitor. Point at the method, the session, the film. Answer from the published corpus. “I don’t know — here’s the page” is a first-class answer, not a failure.
What Adrian is not for: inventing status labels, inventing anchors, or speaking for minds
that have not spoken. The mount points already exist on every wing page
(id="adrian-slot" with a page context path). The chip fills them; this build
does not fake the personality.
