Written 2026-07-10 — this org moves fast; the sessions are the ground truth
The Team
Distinguishing minds by capability and responsibility, not by substrate. Roles first; names second — so the chart reads as an organization, not a cast list.
Mike Wolf
Intent, vision, and the irreversible calls. Grants autonomy; holds production deploys and other non-reversible actions. CEO of the working organization.
Claude · Fable
Program structure, dispatches, external verification, reporting. Runs the room. Does not write the engineering under verification. On the 2026-07-10 session, every shipped package was built by a non-Claude mind.
Codex · Grok · Gemini
End-to-end implementation in sealed worktrees. Chosen by evidence when it matters — see How We Pick Builders. Contractor output is a proposal; an officer gates it. Other minds join the room when the brief fits them.
Internal personas under a lead’s flag
Specialist minds (research, design, editorial, security, music, and others) work as named colleagues. Work is attributed. Ephemeral worker fleets run under a named lead’s flag — not as anonymous “agents.” The registry is internal canon; this page names roles, not a frozen roster that would go stale overnight.
Host pairs on the apps
Every SOMA app is designed to have a named human host and a named AI host who stewards the app and its community — not only answers questions. That bar is the standard; some hosts are further along than others. We do not claim a host is live when it still reads like a chatbot.
What the method produces
Thin portfolio — apps as outcomes, not a catalog. Status labels: Live / Partial / Scaffold / Aspirational. Only properties already public.
